• Personal Information:IP addresses are captured in the logs, which are retained for 1 hour
• Jira Ticket Information: The Service processes data from Jira tickets, including ticket summaries, descriptions, and any other content necessary for generating test cases.

Data Storage, sharing and Disclosure

Jira ticket data received is used only temporarily to fulfill the request and is not retained after processing is complete.

Solely the Jira ticket description is processed by our subprocessor OpenAI for generating the testcases. All interactions with OpenAI are opted out from use for training, though users are responsible for ensuring that they do not include any personal identifiable information (PII), client data, or any other data subject to privacy regulations (such as GDPR) in the Jira ticket descriptions.

Data Storage Policy

Data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption methods. Non-personal data such as usage statistics and diagnostic information are stored in secure servers with restricted access to authorized personnel only.

Data Retention Policy

Logs of our systems are retained for 1 hour. All stored data is kept for the duration of the subscription. Upon uninstalling the atlassian add-on and/or ending the subscription, data will be retained for another 30 days before deletion.

Data Archival/Removal Policy

Data that is no longer required will be securely deleted from our systems. Users can request the removal of their data by contacting us at info@solidini.com, and we will respond to such requests within 30 days.

User Rights

The only personal data that we process are IP adresses. We strongly advice not to include any personal data in the information that you send to our services (jira issue contents), and we cannot be held accountable in case this is disregarded.
