• Jira Ticket Information: The Service processes data from Jira tickets, including ticket summaries, descriptions, and any other content necessary for generating test cases.

Jira ticket data received is used only temporarily to fulfill the request and is not retained after processing is complete.

Solely the Jira ticket description is processed by our subprocessor OpenAI for generating the testcases. All interactions with OpenAI are opted out from use for training, though users are responsible for ensuring that they do not include any personal identifiable information (PII), client data, or any other data subject to privacy regulations (such as GDPR) in the Jira ticket descriptions.

Data received from slash commands is only retained temporarily to fulfill the request and is deleted immediately after processing. Non-personal data such as usage statistics and diagnostic information may be retained for up to 12 months to improve and enhance the functionality of our Service.
