Async Poker is designed to enhance your agile workflow by allowing teams to play poker asynchronously. Team members can estimate story points at their own pace, eleminating the need for meeting. Gather estimates without disrupting your team members work.
Walkthrough
- Get started straight away. After installation, head to any Jira ticket and click the Start Poker button
- Select the teammates required to give estimates and start the poker session
- All required members can review the story and assign estimates at their own time
- Once all required members have submitted their estimates, the estimates are visible for everyone to see.
Start poker session for all tickets in sprint
- Go to the project and pick the Board and Sprint for which you want to play poker
- Select the required poker players and which tickets to poker
- View the poker status and estimates in the project page
