• Jira Ticket Information: The Service processes data from Jira tickets, including ticket summaries, descriptions, and any other content necessary for generating the security checklist

Data Storage, sharing and Disclosure

Jira ticket data received is used only temporarily to fulfill the request and is not retained after processing is complete.

Solely the Jira ticket summary and description is processed by our subprocessor OpenAI for generating the checklist. All interactions with OpenAI are opted out from use for training, though users are responsible for ensuring that they do not include any personal identifiable information (PII), client data, or any other data subject to privacy regulations (such as GDPR) in the Jira ticket descriptions.

Data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption methods. Non-personal data such as usage statistics and diagnostic information are stored in secure servers with restricted access to authorized personnel only.

Data received from slash commands is only retained temporarily to fulfill the request and is deleted immediately after processing. Non-personal data such as usage statistics and diagnostic information may be retained for up to 12 months to improve and enhance the functionality of our Service.

Data Archival/Removal Policy

Data that is no longer required will be securely deleted from our systems. Users can request the removal of their data by contacting us at info@solidini.com, and we will respond to such requests within 30 days.
