Welcome to Solidini ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our Security Checklists ("Services"). By installing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our Services.
Our Service integrates with Jira to facilitate the creation of security checklists and the the automatic generation of such using AI. By using our Service, you authorize the transmission of Jira ticket information to us and our subprocessors for processing and the generation of checklists.
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on our website or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Jira account credentials.
Compliance: You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Content Submission: You acknowledge that by submitting Jira tickets to our Service, you are responsible for the content, including its accuracy and legality.
You agree not to misuse our Services. Misuse includes, but is not limited to:
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your information.
By using the Service, you agree that the information from your Jira tickets, in the description section, will be transmitted to and processed by OpenAI. This processing is necessary for generating the test cases. While we request that OpenAI does not use this data for training or improving their models, the ultimate control over this data lies with OpenAI as per their policies.
Our services are hosted within the Atlassian ecosystem and are therefore subject to Atlassian services uptime, our services cannot be accessed without Jira access. Please refer to the Service Level Agreement for Atlassian cloud products for uptimes regarding Atlassian products. Downtime or service interruptions originating from OpenAI are not within our control, and we cannot be held responsible for such disruptions. We strive to maintain an annual uptime of 99.9% for our Service.
All content generated by the Service, including the AI-generated checklists, is owned by you, provided that the content does not infringe upon the rights of any third parties.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solidini shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service without prior notice or liability for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
