Easy SLA is for companies looking for an easy way to track their SLA goals. Set up a SLA rule and the rest the rest will happen automatically.
Walkthrough
- Get started by creating a rule by going to Apps -> Easy SLA
- For the rule, define the project, issue, and when the tracker should start and stop
- Include your service hours to correctly track working time
- Any new work item will now be checked for compatible SLA rules and in case a SLA rule is available for the work item, it will be applied
- Nothing to do further, data is being collected. For reporting, set up a dashboard with our gadgets
Dashboard gadgets
- Go to your dashboard and search for one of our gadgets: Open SLA Work Items and Sla Statuses Over Time
- Configure the gadget as needed. Try out the JQL that you want to apply in your issue navigator and copy it over to the gadget config.
