Easy SLA

Easy SLA is for companies looking for an easy way to track their SLA goals. Set up a SLA rule and the rest the rest will happen automatically.



Walkthrough

  1. Get started by creating a rule by going to Apps -> Easy SLA
  2. For the rule, define the project, issue, and when the tracker should start and stop
  3. Include your service hours to correctly track working time
  4. Any new work item will now be checked for compatible SLA rules and in case a SLA rule is available for the work item, it will be applied
  5. Nothing to do further, data is being collected. For reporting, set up a dashboard with our gadgets
Dashboard gadgets
  1. Go to your dashboard and search for one of our gadgets: Open SLA Work Items and Sla Statuses Over Time
  2. Configure the gadget as needed. Try out the JQL that you want to apply in your issue navigator and copy it over to the gadget config.
  3. Track your SLA
